Cancellation & Refund Policy

General
Registrations for SIM-25 are primarily non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. Please review category, personal details, and eligibility before payment.
Duplicate/Failed Transactions
- If you are charged more than once for the same order, any duplicate amount will be reversed to the original payment method.
- Refund initiation timeline: typically within 5–7 business days after verification; bank settlement may take an additional 3–10 business days.
- Write to [email protected] with your payment reference if you do not receive an automatic reversal.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
- Postponement: Your registration will be moved to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement email/SMS.
- Cancellation (not postponed): 100% of the base registration fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
Convenience charges and taxes, where applicable, may be non-refundable to the extent third-party providers have already levied them.
Name/Category Changes
Transfers or category changes, if allowed, will be announced on the website and may carry an administrative fee. In the absence of such an announcement, transfers are not permitted.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment source used during registration.
- Refunds are handled through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not issue cash or cheque refunds.
