No Physical Products

We do not sell physical products. Registrations are for participation in the SIM-25 event.

E‑Ticket/Confirmation Delivery

• Upon successful payment, confirmation and e‑ticket details are delivered digitally via email and/or SMS to your registered contacts.
• If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact [email protected] or +91-6351580588.

Bib/Kit Collection

• Bib and race kit are collected in person at the pre‑race expo or as per instructions communicated via email/SMS.
• Bring a government‑issued photo ID and your confirmation message/email for verification.
• Third‑party pickup may require an authorization message/email and ID copies, if permitted.

Merchandise (If Announced)

If official merchandise becomes available, delivery/pickup terms will be published on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, items will be collected at the expo; no cash on delivery.

Payments

All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card/UPI credentials.
